avast! Small Business Server Suite
The avast! Small Business Server Suite is a package of products that provides virus protection for computer networks based on Microsoft Small Business Servers and Windows based workstations.
Please note that the avast! SBS Suite cannot be used on standard Microsoft Windows Servers. In this case, we offer the avast! Standard Suite.
The avast! SBS Suite contains the following components:
• avast! SBS Suite box
• avast! 4 Small Business Server Edition to protect Microsoft Windows Small Business Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint Server, and optionally ISA Servers (Premium Suite)
• vast! 4 Professional Edition for the protection of workstations (avast! NetClient Edition for use with ADNM)
• avast! Distributed Network Manager (ADNM) for central administration

The Standard version contains the following components:
• avast! Server Edition, i.e. the antivirus kernel + file system protection
• avast! Exchange Server plugin, to protect all traffic in the Exchange Server environment
• avast! Sharepoint Server plugin, to protect Microsoft Sharepoint Server
The Premium version contains the following components:
• avast! Server Edition, i.e. the antivirus kernel + file system protection
• avast! Exchange Server plugin, to protect all traffic in the Exchange Server environment
• avast! Sharepoint Server plugin, to protect Microsoft Sharepoint Server
• avast! MS Proxy/ISA Server plugin, to protect the MS ISA Server
All these components are equivalent to our full server side products - their only limitation is that they are restricted to the Microsoft Small Business Server 2000/2003/2008 environment.
Please check you are using the Microsoft Windows Small Business Server (2000, 2003 or 2008) before you purchase - Right click on "My Computer", select "Properties". Under the heading "System:" it should say:
"Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 for Small Business Server..."
